The Company has manufactured 20,000 Nos. in Distribution Transformers and 1000 Nos. in PowerTransformers up to and including 100 MVA / 230KV Class. The range of Power transformers extendsfrom a rating of 5 MVA to 100 MVA of 11kv to 230KV Class and Distribution Transformers from a ratingof 100KVA to 1800KVA to of 11, 22 and 33KV Class. The range of Power Transformer also includes 3Phase ONAN/ONAF/OFAF Cooled 230KV Voltage Class Auto Transformer with maximum rating of100MVA. In Tamil Nadu, we are supplying regularly to TANTRANSCO & TANGEDCO and we haveexecuted orders to MAHATRANSCO/Mumbai, APTRANSCO/Hyderabad, KSEB/Kerala and recently toTSTRANSCO/Hyderabad.

We are well equipped with adequate infrastructure to execute orders of any magnitude andcapacity since we have our very own ancillary units such as wire drawing unit, cutting & slitting oflamination sheets of various sizes, fabrication of tanks, transformer oil processing units, Impulse testing Laboratory in our factory premises. In terms of procurement of raw materials, we have had absolutelyno problem owing to the amount of planning that goes into it well in advance. We have experiencedqualified Engineers and supervisory staff to oversee our operations apart from able skilled and unskilledworkmen handing the manufacturing activities.
